Department: Information Technology Reports to: Information Technology Manager, Technical Support Specialist II Purpose: The purpose of this job is to answer help desk calls, provide technical assistance and hardware/software support to employees, and customers of Rain and Hail. The individual would be involved with testing and documenting software and business processes in preparation for release and distribution.

Education:
Associates Degree or Baccalaureate Degree in business, Computer Science or other related fields or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
One or more years previous experience working with office environment software packages. Prior experience with hardware, personal computers, word processing, imaging, and other software packages is also required. Previous agricultural experience as it applies to the insurance industry is preferred.
